As a Garage Door installer, I see different types of Garage Floors everyday. Some catch my eye for good reasons, and some catch my eye for bad reasons.
From my perspective, the permanently applied products have the nicest appearance, but I don't really know how well they hold up.
Just my 2 cents worth.
